Discover the truth of who you are, and uncover the keys to living passionately, loving deeply, and being real.

Take some time away from your daily routine to explore who you are and what you want in this life, engage more honestly with yourself and others, and live with authenticity, passion and purpose.

This weekend workshop from Path Retreats integrates the latest research and understandings in scientific and spiritual development. It presents a revolutionary new way of living, through meditation, inspiration and discovery, which brings a deep sense of inner peace, trust in yourself and others, and happiness. It can give you the tools to be more connected to yourself and others, and the freedom to love your life. It is a unique process for self-inquiry and for understanding who you are.

Through specifically designed meditations, exercises, and individual support from our highly qualified facilitators, this unique and revolutionary process can help to reduce anxiety, depression and isolation. It will bring you closer to your inner strength and who you really are.

Find yourself…and experience deeper meaning, connection and greater happiness at this transformational weekend retreat.

Have you ever wondered…

  • Who am I?
  • What do I want in my life?
  • If I follow my dream or passion, will I be able to support myself or my family?
  • How can I improve my relationships?
  • How can I be at peace with myself and who I am?
  • What is holding me back?

Depression, anxiety, addiction, dissatisfaction, and loneliness are more prevalent than ever before. We feel isolation and separation in both our inner and outer worlds, and increasingly alienated and emotionally detached from other people. We cling to our comfort zones, separated by what we find comfortable.

This weekend will bring you into real contact with other people and give you the opportunity to work through significant life issues.  This weekend offers you an opportunity to accept yourself and the reality of who you are (and who we all are), to move forward, and begin to see who you truly are as a person.

It will give you a taste of profound inner transformation.

This weekend retreat includes:

  • 15 hours of the “Awakening of Love” process, including meditations and inquiry sessions, course materials and support.
  • A weekend immersion with highly qualified facilitators, including meditation, inquiry (the practice of asking questions to investigate and understand our experience of life) individual guidance and support, group exercises, and the power of authentic sharing.
  • One breathwork session
  • 4-week e-mail graduate aftercare program
  • Opportunity to book additional one-on-one sessions with facilitators (not included in program fee).

As with our other programs, Awakening of Love explores these deep questions, giving answers to how you can live your life consciously and with inspired purpose. When we live consciously, we understand and experience that everything is connected…bringing a significant and profound shift in our sense of care and responsibility for our own life, the lives around us, the world we live in, the survival of this beautiful planet, and how we can each contribute to affect positive change in our internal world (contentment, happiness, inner peace) and our outer world (relationships, climate change).

While shorter in duration than Path of Love (our 7-day retreat), Awakening of Love is a powerful process for finding yourself, your purpose, and your aliveness.

Discover the truth of who you are, and uncover the keys to living passionately, loving deeply, and being real.
