Week One: Opening Up to Presence and Vulnerability

In this first week we will explore how to stay open with yourself and how to stay open with another human being.  And how much we protect ourselves and do not dare to be honest and open.

We learned to hide in shame, to please, to put on a mask, but we haven’t learned to be open, to be vulnerable and at the same time to feel safe.

Often being close to another person brings up a feeling of danger. This comes from our past when we were judged, laughed at, criticized, or even attacked. So, for many of us,  intimacy brings up a lot of our past fears. It is time to look at how we numb ourselves out, deny our feelings and often become complacent.

We get used to numbing ourselves out with alcohol and other addictions, and this is supported by the collective and our environment.

Week Two: Daring to be Honest and Listen to Your Inner Intuition and Guidance and Dare to Step Up and Show Up!

In week two, we will learn how to do the work. How to dare to be open, to express and be honest, learn to listen to your intuitive inner knowledge, and show up. This often creates great fear.

It is essential to recognise and deal with this basic fear, to learn to listen to our intuitive intelligence, and open to our inner guidance and respect ourselves.

This creates some very natural connection to our bodies, hearts, to nature and to spirit. Climate change starts right here!

Only when we connect our bodies to spirit, or the divine, do we feel a deep sense of inner guidance. And trusting this is the greatest treasure.

.
Week Three: Opening to Prayer, Intuitive Intelligence and Guidance

Opening up to prayer brings us to a dimension of helplessness, but this is not hopelessness. Can I really dare to be that open, that vulnerable, that sensitive, that available to Life, to love, to divine intelligence and spirit?

Can I allow myself to open my arms wide and trust that I am held and loved by something bigger, something that maybe cannot even be named, but that is always present, a door to the unlimited, to the boundless dimension?

Our on-line courses have been designed as unique, one-time live offerings from our Leaders, and recordings of modules will not be available. Thank you for understanding, and enjoy the live course!
