Embracing Anger: A Deep Dive Into the Shades of Anger with Milan
A One-Night Webinar which Takes a Look at an Uncomfortable Emotion- Anger!
October 22, 2020 from 5:o0 – 7:30 p.m. CET (Italy/Germany Time)
We are living in times when our emotions and feelings can feel right on the surface. As daily life has become more uncertain – anger can be a default emotion.
Our relationship to anger is complex and unconscious. We feel it, whether we want to or not, but expressing it in ways in which connection isn’t broken, where we’re not lost in shame or feel overwhelmed, is hard.
Anger arises when we feel threatened, and that always makes us vulnerable. We find intricate ways to defend; through righteousness, attack, morality, silence and more.
When our values and self-identity are challenged, we get angry, openly or in concealed ways, and it consumes us. So much so, that we’re often afraid to express it, pretend we don’t have it or we just vent it uncontrollably.
In this webinar, we will take a fresh look at anger and our relationship to it. As long as the inner workings of our anger are kept hidden from our own awareness instead of being faced, it creates disconnection, isolation, endless cycles of revenge and pain. We will define the different forms of anger, their origin, and explore how a healthy expression of anger can create flow and connection in your life and relationships.
When we understand anger at its root, it helps us heal.
Milan supports people in safe, loving and respectful environments to deepen their awareness of their life’s unfolding, and nourish self-love and acceptance. His work emphasizes the relationships we create throughout our lives with our family of origin, in our love relationships, with our children and in our professional and personal lives. He works with individuals and couples in his clinic in Tel-Aviv or via Skype, and leads therapy and personal growth workshops across Europe.
A broad understanding of the human psyche, its cultural and collective conditioning, and a deep understanding of the body’s reaction to traumatic events are his keys in working with people. On an even deeper level, Milan’s love and passion to live by truth and remove all obstacles of separation guide his work.
“Healing happens when a deep understanding settles inside us. These understandings or insights occur on both the cognitive and body level. Since almost all significant events in our lives also leave an imprint in the form of stuck energy and contractions in the body, the therapeutic process always includes the body on some level. A deep respect for the path others are walking on is a key foundation for creating healing spaces.”
