Module One:

Who Am I In Relationships? Developing an Understanding of Attachment

You can experience nourishing, connected relationships without losing your sense of who you are!

Have you ever tried to control, seduce or manipulate your environment and/or yourself?

Or do you tend to turn away from connectedness and toward self-reliance, to avoid feelings of uncertainty about your needs and vulnerability?

In this course you will learn to develop relationships where you can show up with your ideas, needs, and preferences – where you can simply be you, AND be connected.

Join us for this eye-opening discovery, and find out who you are in relationships.

Module Two:

Saying Yes and Saying No: Creating Intimacy with Healthy Boundaries

What are healthy boundaries in relationships, and why do we need to to be able to establish them?

How did/do you play it ‘safe’ or compromise in relationships to get your needs met?

How do you take care of your needs, and what happens when your needs are not satisfied?

Most of us learned to please others or to put the needs of others before our own. When we override our needs we diminish our self worth which leads to disconnect, resentment and depletion. This course will support you to understand your needs, to negotiate healthy and flexible boundaries, to speak your truth, and to express your love.

Module Three:

Loving and Letting Go: Surviving the Pain of Abandonment

Do you have an unconscious expectation that you might be abandoned or rejected? How do you manage and protect yourself from the pain?

Being abandoned hurts. We have all experienced that in life. In the moment, it can feel like one can’t breathe and that life is about to end. And then comes the painful sensations that ripple through our body and fill us with paralyzing panic. When this happens we can become fearful of ever experiencing abandonment again. We often develop harmful coping strategies to avoid being rejected but that could set us up for failure in relationships.

In this course we will explore our coping and often self-sabotaging mechanisms, and find ways to live happier and healthier relationships.

Module Four:

Transforming Relationships: Developing Strong Relationships

How is the health of your relationships?

Are you ready to transform your relationships and end old patterns of relating?

No matter who we are or where we are in life, the health of our relationships is a priority.

From the time we are born our survival depends on one another. We are nourished, thrive and develop in relationships – whether family, friendship or romantic. As we create all these varied relationships our brains and nervous system develops.

Moving through life we desire that our relationships will create healthy self- knowledge, but occasionally we can be thrown into the pain of feeling separate, rejected or abandoned.

However, we can use these challenges as tremendous opportunities for growth. We can move beyond past pain to experience healthy friendships, family connections and romantic relationships.

In this 4-part course you will…

  • Expand awareness of your relationship needs
  • Increase the ability to speak and be seen from a place of authenticity
  • Discover aliveness and the freedom of spontaneity in your relationships
  • Learn practical tools for creating deeper relationships

Join us and take a deep dive to transform your relationships!
