The Path of Love 7-Day residential meditation retreat is an intense and effective developmental process. Incorporating a wide range of research and teachings including the work of Osho, Jungian psychology, somatic therapeutic approaches and Sufi mysticism, this residential meditation retreat is a research-proven synthesis between the science of Western psychotherapy and the spirituality of Eastern mindfulness and meditation.
Graduates frequently describe this workshop as “the best retreat I ever did.”
For the past 40 years, Turiya Hanover and Rafia Morgan, the Path Retreats founders, have been training in a multitude of spiritual and therapeutic modalities. For a great part of that time they also received personal guidance and life-training from Osho, an enlightened master.
Each Path of Love facilitator is a highly skilled therapist with years of in-depth experience in helping people to heal, and most are also sannyasins of Osho. In the 22 years of Path of Love, our therapists have skillfully and professionally supported participants to express and resolve feelings around nearly every human hurt and tragedy, from death, divorce and separation and lack of closeness between partners, friends, or family, to traumas originating in childhood.
The influence of Osho is foundational to the Path of Love 7-Day process, and the first Path of Love was held in 1997 at the Osho International Meditation Resort in India, which today remains one of the foremost meditation centers in the world. Our retreats include quotes and meditations from Osho, as well as other teachers and teachings, and are held with the utmost trust and integrity. We continue to offer at least one retreat per year at the Osho International Meditation Resort.

Retreat Accommodations:
Accommodation is comfortable and prices are based on twin share with someone of the same gender. A limited amount of single rooms are available upon application for an additional cost.

Guilt, Fear, Shame, Anger, Rage…the Shadow Side…
How often do you minimise, hide, ignore, push away, and/or suppress your unwanted emotions, feelings, and judgements – otherwise known as our shadow or ‘dark side’?
By pushing our unwanted thoughts or feelings aside, these emotions become trapped under the surface where they can unconsciously control our actions and thinking. They also take up a tremendous amount of life force which is then not available for us to experience love, joy or creativity.
How well can you live, move and connect if you are only half present?
In order to make room for more positive experiences we need to consciously feel and accept these unexpressed shadow feelings. Then, we can regain a deeper sense of peace and wellbeing.
This teaching retreat will include enquiry, guided meditations, exercises, teachings, movement and burns. We will explore one of the fundamentals of our Path Retreats’ style of work and learn the tools to consciously and in a safe and real way begin to explore, expose and experience these dark places. As we do that, we can begin to reclaim a new approach to life, resulting in a deeper feeling of peace and experience of self love.

References in these Terms & Conditions to “Path Retreats” “Path of Love” or to “we”, “our” or “us” in each case refers to POL Global Foundation Limited. References to “I”, “you” or “your” are to you, the participant in the Process for which you have applied (which we also refer to as “the Process” and/or “the course” and/or “the programme.”) Individual and group sessions may be offered and provided before or after the Process. Any such sessions are covered and governed by these Terms and Conditions to Agreement. These Terms & Conditions are the exclusive basis for the contract between you and us. No other Terms or Conditions (whenever and however communicated), nor any amendment or addition to these Terms & Conditions, will apply unless agreed with POL Global Foundation Ltd in writing.
Confidentiality – Proprietary/Copyrighted Material
You understand and agree that the Process constitutes Intellectual Property, is proprietary and copyrighted, and is owned by POL Global Foundation Ltd. As such, you agree to make no use or dissemination of the Process or any part thereof without the written permission of POL Global Foundation Ltd. Materials presented are intended solely for Process use. You are not permitted to duplicate, resell, modify and resell, and/or repackage and resell, and/or rename and resell the materials. Online, live, interactive Courses/Processes: You also agree to respect the confidentiality, identity and experience of all Process participants and staff, of all live, interactive Processes/Courses and not to use, reveal or disclose same.

Disclaimer, Release and Indemnity
POL Global Foundation Ltd disclaims all liability for any illness, injury, death, property loss, or damage suffered by you directly or indirectly caused by negligence or breach of contract, breach of duty, or breach of statutory duty by POL Global Foundation Ltd and its members, Process leaders, facilitators, staff members, employees, organizers, and agents (Releasees) which occurs while you are participating in the Process, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You understand and agree that the Process is an intensive inner exploration and also involves some quite vigorous, expressive processes and movement. You understand and acknowledge that the Process is educational and transformational in nature, is not therapy or healthcare of any sort and is therefore not required to comply with and is not subject to any legal standards or requirements addressing and applicable to therapy or healthcare. You understand that you are solely responsible to physically participate only to the extent to which you are mentally, emotionally and physically able to do so without risk of injury. You acknowledge that when you participate in the Process, you do so at your own risk, and you acknowledge that while you are participating in the Process, you assume the risk of, and the responsibility for, any injury or illness that you suffer, death or property damage or loss however such injury, illness, death, loss, or damage may occur, to the extent permitted by applicable law. You understand and acknowledge that we carry no health insurance providing coverage to you.
You agree to release and indemnify the Releasees against all and any liability or claims arising out of or in connection with any illness, injury, death, property loss, or damage that you may suffer or incur directly or indirectly caused by the negligence, breach of duty, breach of contract, or breach of statutory duty by the Releasees, or in any way whatsoever, while you are participating in the process where the Process is conducted to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This release, waiver and indemnity will bind your heirs, executors, personal representatives, and assigns.
Booking Terms: Refund Policy
Refunds are provided upon request for most online programs, unless indicated below.
Refunds will not be provided after the start of an online program, or in the case of a pre-recorded program, after the course content has been accessed.
For the online Awakening of Love retreat, or for our graduate retreats, as they are in-demand programs with limited spaces, we have a more specific and limited cancellation policy.
• You can cancel any time before the start of the course and receive a full refund, unless it is sold out.
• If the course is sold out, you need to let us know at least 1 week before the start date of the course to receive a full refund. This is so we can open the space for someone else to join.
• If the course is sold out, and you let us know less than 1 week before the start date of the course, and we cannot fill your space, you will receive back 50% of your course fee.
• However, if you let us know less than 1 week before the course, and we can fill your space, you will receive back a full refund.
• You can also fill your space by referring a friend or family member, and you will receive a full refund after they complete the program.
Law and Jurisdiction Applicable
These Terms & Conditions, and all other parts of the contract between you and the POL Global Foundation Limited, are governed by the law of the United Kingdom. Exclusive jurisdiction over any action or claim arising out of or in any way related to the Agreement to participate and participation in the POL shall be in the Courts of the United Kingdom nearest the offices of POL Global Foundation Limited.
All Provisions Negotiable and Accepted
All of the Terms and Conditions stated above are subject to negotiation and discussion. By signing these Terms and Conditions, the participant waives any and all objections to such Terms and Conditions, and accepts all of the Terms and Conditions as stated.
Severable Terms
If any provision(s) of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, all the remaining Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. This Agreement shall supersede any prior promises, agreements, representations, undertakings or implications whether made orally or in writing between you and us relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
Amendment
This Agreement may not be amended except in a writing, signed by the parties.
By checking the box, I agree and confirm:1) that I have read and understand the above Terms & Conditions and understand and accept them as legally binding; 2) that all my answers and other information included in the Application are true and complete, and; 3) that I did not omit anything relevant from any response or statement.

No Signature by POL Global Foundation Ltd. of these Terms and Conditions is Required.
No signature or execution by POL Global Foundation Ltd. of these Terms and Conditions is required for them to be effective and part of our agreement. Following execution of the Terms & Conditions by you, the participant, our agreement to these Terms and Conditions is finalized by your execution thereof and by your payment for the Process. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is required from all participants, and said Terms and Conditions are accepted by POL Global Foundation Limited without execution of this Terms and Conditions form by POL Global Foundation Ltd.
