Fear based emotions often sneak up on us, triggered by events or inner or outer pressures. Feelings of stress, worry and anxiousness can become undercurrents which over time can discolor and shrink our world.

When faced with existential uncertainty around health, career, money, love and home life, our system responds with fear. For example, the holidays may trigger stress around possible relational conflicts and loneliness. When we feel that our sense of belonging and/or our sense of individual integrity are threatened, we can become reactive, overly sensitive, or we may withdraw, creating even more tension inside.

Fear is nature’s way of making sure that we remain safe in the face of danger. We tend to dislike, judge, override, dismiss, or outright reject fear currents since they come with feeling shrunken, agitated, helpless or weak. Counter intuitively, overriding, avoiding or fearing fear does not allow us to navigate through life and relationships with intelligence.

In the attempt to power ourselves through fear we often forget (or even avoid) slowing down and tuning in, to our bodies, hearts, and innate internal intelligence. In allowing ourselves such space we can again feel what we need, and reconnect with our capacity to experience what feels true or right in any given situation.

This webinar is about facing stress, fear and worry. We can learn to respond instead of react, learn how to “defang fear”, and reclaim our body, perception and behavior when we are scared and worried.

Our on-line courses have been designed as unique, one-time offerings from our Leaders, and recordings of modules will not be available. Thank you for understanding, and enjoy the course

After practicing Zen Buddhism and Sufism for some time, Gita met Osho in 1983.

Gita’s passion for grasping the correlation of ego personality (our strategies and wounds) and of who we truly are (our nature and essence) led her to training in Bioenergetics (A. Lowen), Biodynamic Massage (G. Boyesen), Rebirthing (L. Orr), Psychic Massage, Counseling, Hypnosis, Voice Dialogue, Osho Meditative Therapies, The Art of Dying, and Essence work. The focus of her in-depth training became Developmental Trauma Healing, Systemic Constellations (B. Hellinger), energy work and meditation (Osho Academy), early and adult attachment (D. Siegel and D. Poole-Heller) and Somatic Experiencing™️ (P. Levine).

Since the nineties, Gita has been creating and leading conscious touch trainings, primal and tantra intensives, residential retreats for women, and mentoring somatic psychotherapists and meditation teachers worldwide.
