  • Support each other in trusting our innate intuitive knowing.
  • Find the courage to stop compromising and to say No to what is not right for us.
  • Discover each woman’s uniqueness and beauty.
  • Tap into our vibrancy and passion.
  • Learn to practice radical self-love and reclaim our hearts.

Growing into power, voice, and strength.

Gita Wagner

An accident in her late teens shook Gita’s identity and created an opening into being. In the wake of this event she gradually abandoned her university studies and trained in the modalities which helped her heal: Bioenergetics (A. Lowen), Biodynamic Massage (G. Boyesen) and Rebirthing (L. Orr). After practicing Zen Buddhism and Sufism for some time, she met Osho in 1983. This meeting was an initiation into a whole different level of inquiry into the human condition and into silence.

Gita’s passion for grasping the correlation of ego personality (our strategies and wounds) and of who we truly are (our nature and essence) led her to further training in Psychic Massage, Counseling, Hypnosis, Voice Dialogue, Osho Meditative Therapies, The Art of Dying, and Essence work. The focus of her in-depth training became Developmental Trauma Healing, Systemic Constellations (B. Hellinger), energy work and meditation (Osho Academy), early and adult attachment (D. Siegel and D. Poole-Heller) and Somatic Experiencing™️ (P. Levine).

Since the early nineties, Gita has been creating and leading conscious touch trainings, primal and tantra intensives and residential retreats for women. She has been mentoring somatic psychotherapists and meditation teachers since the late nineties. Before moving from Germany to Sedona, AZ, in 2005 she co-developed emotional intelligence retreats for Daimler-Chrysler management and taught those for several years.

Now leading retreats and trainings in both the US and Germany, Gita offers coaching, counseling, couple counseling and Freedom From The Past sessions in her private practice and via Zoom.

In her life and work Gita keeps learning how fully embracing what is – hurt and uncertainty as well as the vital and joyful – opens the gate to presence, connection and courage. The trust to risk what was known in order to receive the new has always been a key to a fulfilled life to her.
