Deepening on the Path, is an opportunity for Path of Love graduates to reconnect to one another, to deepen the key elements of this work, and to work through any challenges that have come up since Path of Love.

Path of Love is just the beginning. The next step is living totally and finding our unique path. Despite all the overwhelming challenges of life, both inner and outer, when we remember our deep commitment and listen to our longing, we discover the willingness to speak our truth, feel our vulnerability, and accept the humanness of who we are. This is where we find the courage to live an authentic life.

Deepening on the Path is a wonderful opportunity to come together for further exploration, inspiration and connection.

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully. They are the specific terms, conditions and rules applicable to our agreement concerning your participation in the process, course or programme for which you are applying (“the Process”). If you have any questions before agreeing to any of the Terms & Conditions or Ground Rules, please contact Path Retreats Online Limited. We will always discuss and address any concerns you may have. YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROCESS WILL CONFIRM YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS..

References in these Terms & Conditions to “Path Retreats” “Path of Love” or to “we”, “our” or “us” in each case refers to POL Global Foundation Limited and Path Retreats Online Limited. References to “I”, “you” or “your” are to you, the participant in the Process for which you have applied (which we also refer to as “the Process” and/or “the course” and/or “the programme.”) Individual and group sessions may be offered and provided before or after the Process. Any such sessions are covered and governed by these Terms and Conditions to Agreement. These Terms & Conditions are the exclusive basis for the contract between you and us. No other Terms or Conditions (whenever and however communicated), nor any amendment or addition to these Terms & Conditions, will apply unless agreed to in writing by Path Retreats Online Limited.

Confidentiality – Proprietary/Copyrighted Material

You understand and agree that the Process constitutes Intellectual Property, is proprietary and copyrighted, is owned by POL Global Foundation Ltd., and presented by Path Retreats Online Limited under licence.  As such, you agree to make no use or dissemination of the Process or any part thereof without the written permission of POL Global Foundation Ltd. Materials presented are intended solely for Process use. You are not permitted to duplicate, resell, modify and resell, and/or repackage and resell, and/or rename and resell the materials. Materials or any part of them are not to be used in connection with any seminar, training programme, therapy, process, consulting, or other business activity except the Process. This agreement supersedes any prior agreements you may have regarding material use. By participating in the Process, you agree to be bound beyond copyright law.

Online, live, interactive Courses/Processes: You also agree to respect the confidentiality, identity and experience of all Process participants and staff, of all live, interactive Processes/Courses and not to use, reveal or disclose same.

Warranties

No warranties of any kind or nature are given by POL Global Foundation Ltd. or Path Retreats Online Limited.

Disclaimer, Release and Indemnity

Path Retreats Online Limited and POL Global Foundation Ltd disclaim all liability for any illness, injury, death, property loss, or damage suffered by you directly or indirectly caused by negligence or breach of contract, breach of duty, or breach of statutory duty by Path Retreats Online Limited or POL Global Foundation Ltd and their members, Process leaders, facilitators, staff members, employees, organizers, and agents (Releasees) which occurs while you are participating in the Process, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You understand and agree that the Process is an intensive inner exploration and may also involve quite vigorous, expressive processes and movement. You understand and acknowledge that the Process is educational and transformational in nature, is not therapy or healthcare of any sort and is therefore not required to comply with and is not subject to any legal standards or requirements addressing and applicable to therapy or healthcare. You understand that you are solely responsible to physically participate only to the extent to which you are mentally, emotionally and physically able to do so without risk of injury. You acknowledge that when you participate in the Process, you do so at your own risk, and you acknowledge that while you are participating in the Process, you assume the risk of, and the responsibility for, any injury or illness that you suffer, death or property damage or loss however such injury, illness, death, loss, or damage may occur, to the extent permitted by applicable law. You understand and acknowledge that we carry no health insurance providing coverage to you.

You agree to release and indemnify Path Retreats Online Limited and POL Global Foundation Ltd against all and any liability or claims arising out of or in connection with any illness, injury, death, property loss, or damage that you may suffer or incur directly or indirectly caused by the negligence, breach of duty, breach of contract, or breach of statutory duty by Path Retreats Online Limited  and/or POL Global Foundation Ltd, or in any way whatsoever, in connection with your participation in the process.

This release, waiver and indemnity will bind your heirs, executors, personal representatives, and assigns.

Booking Terms: Refund Policy

Refunds are provided upon request for most online programs, unless indicated below.

Refunds will not be provided after the start of an online program, or in the case of a pre-recorded program, after the course content has been accessed.

Refunds for individual sessions will be at the discretion of the Leader or Facilitator conducting the individual session.

For the online Awakening of Love retreat, or for our graduate retreats, as they are in-demand programs with limited spaces, we have a more specific and limited cancellation policy.

• You can cancel any time before the start of the course and receive a full refund, unless it is sold out.
  • If the course is sold out, you need to let us know at least 1 week before the start date of the course to receive a full refund. This is so we can open the space for someone else to join.
  • If the course is sold out, and you let us know less than 1 week before the start date of the course, and we cannot fill your space, you will receive back 50% of your course fee.
  • However, if you let us know less than 1 week before the course, and we can fill your space, you will receive back a full refund.
  • You can also fill your space by referring a friend or family member, and you will receive a full refund after they complete the program.

Law and Jurisdiction Applicable

These Terms & Conditions, and all other parts of the contract between you and Path Retreats Online Limited, are governed by the law of the United Kingdom. Exclusive jurisdiction over any action or claim arising out of or in any way related to the Agreement to participate and participation in the Process shall be in the Courts of the United Kingdom nearest the offices of Path Retreats Online Limited.

All Provisions Negotiable and Accepted

All of the Terms and Conditions stated above are subject to negotiation and discussion. By signing these Terms and Conditions, the participant waives any and all objections to such Terms and Conditions, and accepts all of the Terms and Conditions as stated.

Severable Terms

If any provision(s) of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, all the remaining Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. This Agreement shall supersede any prior promises, agreements, representations, undertakings or implications whether made orally or in writing between you and us relating to the subject matter of this agreement.

Amendment

This Agreement may not be amended except in a writing, signed by the parties.
By checking the box, I agree and confirm:1) that I have read and understand the above Terms & Conditions and understand and accept them as legally binding; 2) that all my answers and other information included in my Application for the Process are true and complete, and; 3) that I did not omit anything relevant from any response or statement.

I acknowledge that a legally binding agreement, including all stated terms and conditions, is formed when Path Retreats Online Limited. accepts my application and payment.

No Signature by Path Retreats Online Limited of these Terms and Conditions is Required. No signature or execution by Path Retreats Online Limited. of these Terms and Conditions is required for them to be effective and part of our agreement.
