Retreat Package
Over the course of these days, we will work directly with the body, breath, movement, and inquiry. Participants can expect:
• Deep grounding in the biological body
• Exploration of polarity through embodied practice
• Insight into projection and unconscious relational patterns
• Encounters with the inner masculine and inner feminine
• Emotional release and integration
• Space for reflection and conscious meeting
This is a relational, embodied process. It invites honesty, courage, curiosity, and respect. What unfolds is not about performance or ideology, but about inhabiting one’s own ground and meeting the other from presence.
