Nirodha first dove into the human potential movement in 1982. He become involved in group process work in 1991, working extensively with tantra, primal, the man/woman relational field, trauma and attachment, substance abuse and somatic approaches to working with people.

Rachel is a licensed psychotherapist with over 13 years of experience in clinical, community mental health, and private practice settings. Her approach is trauma-informed and attachment-based, grounded in neurobiology, and integrates somatic practices and parts work. Through a transpersonal and holistic lens, she supports people in returning to themselves, reconnecting with their bodies, and reclaiming their inherent dignity. Her work explores the roots of disconnection, self-worth, and the protective patterns that keep us from feeling whole. She also honors the profound impact of historical and intergenerational trauma, social and cultural oppression, and the broader systems that shape our lives and identities.

Rachel is committed to creating an affirming space where people of all identities and lived experiences can explore themselves with curiosity and compassion. She is especially drawn to the untamed, authentic qualities within each of us, the parts that remain beneath conditioning and reveal our truest nature. Through compassionate exploration and honest self-inquiry, she invites people to recognize what has stood in the way of a fuller, more embodied life.
