How is the health of your relationships?
Are you ready to transform your relationships and end old patterns of relating?
No matter who we are or where we are in life, the health of our relationships is a priority.
From the time we are born our survival depends on one another. We are nourished, thrive and develop in relationships – whether family, friendship or romantic. As we create all these varied relationships our brains and nervous system develops.
Moving through life we desire that our relationships will create healthy self- knowledge, but occasionally we can be thrown into the pain of feeling separate, rejected or abandoned.
However, we can use these challenges as tremendous opportunities for growth. We can move beyond past pain to experience healthy friendships, family connections and romantic relationships.
In this 4-part course you will…
- Expand awareness of your relationship needs
- Increase the ability to speak and be seen from a place of authenticity
- Discover aliveness and the freedom of spontaneity in your relationships
- Learn practical tools for creating deeper relationships
Join us and take a deep dive to transform your relationships!
Week One: Patterns & Resources
How do we come in and out of contact with each other? What drives attraction, attachment, and dependency? How do you move from reactive mode to relational mode? We all have longings that motivate us to both seek union, and seek freedom.
In this module, we will:
- Explore how patterns keep us in and out of connection.
- Understand the resources we have to help stay with Who We Actually Are
- Learn new resources which support us to stay ‘here’ AND in connection with the other.
Week Two: Relating vs. Relationships
In part two, we will look at Relating vs Relationships. What are the behaviors that cause the ruptures? Where do we become overrun by the defensive structures usually created long ago, and how do we come back into presence again?
Week Three: Intimacy and Sexuality
In part three, we will look at the ‘hot potato’ that a can create a ‘dance’ around intimacy, sometimes avoiding the very thing we long for. We’ll look at desire, pleasure, disappointment…and nourishment.
Week Four: The Art of Giving and Receiving
In this last part, we will learn to engage in clearer communication. We’ll explore a model for consent and bring deeper awareness to what healthy, flexible boundaries look like.
Our on-line courses have been designed as unique, one-time offerings from our Leaders, and recordings of modules will not be available. Thank you for understanding, and enjoy the course!
