A 5-day retreat with additional training day option
In close relationships do you tend to:
- Stay on guard to avoid being dominated or controlled by another’s intentions?
- Fear losing the other if you truly follow your own perception and needs?
- Worry about being inadequate or wrong, leading you to constantly improve yourself?
- Fear feeling unwanted or unloved, so you give too much of yourself?
- Push yourself to achieve in order to prove your worth?
- Intensify your feelings, as if they define your depth and uniqueness?
- Prefer retreating into thought, figuring life out in your head to avoid helplessness?
- Seek security and loyalty to compensate for feeling unsupported and unsafe?
- Fear missing out or being trapped, compelling you to chase the next thing?
These are strategies we acquired early in life to gain appreciation and love, or to minimize feelings of shame, fear, and pain.
Healing Attachment Wounds offers a way beyond dated habits. With respect for what has brought us here, we soften into who we truly are. We open to embodied self-love, empowerment, and to meeting ourselves and others with fresh understanding and creativity.

The Somato-Relational Training (Six Full Days)
Healing Attachment Wounds offers tools for relational health, rooted in 35 years of experience in somatic and developmental trauma healing. It draws on the principles of IPNB (Interpersonal Neurobiology), Somatic Experiencing, attachment theory, Reich’s five personality development stages, and mindfulness.
