A Path of Love Teaching Retreat

Finding your inner ground: living with trust and ease

Life often feels like a push—trying to prove ourselves, get it right, or hold everything together. But what if there was another way? One where you could move through life with steadiness, ease, and a quiet confidence that doesn’t need to force or struggle?

This retreat is an invitation to reconnect with your inner support—the deep, steady sense inside you that can guide your life with trust and presence. Using the Path of Love approach, we explore how to live from this inner ground, rather than efforting, pushing, or with tension.

Retreat Package

This retreat is designed for the driven individual who is weary of the constant cycle of "self-fixing" and ready for a more soulful approach to growth. If you find yourself struggling with confidence, battling the rigidity of perfectionism, or feeling worn out by the mental load of staying on track, this retreat is for you. We invite those who feel ready to go deeper into self-enquiry and embodiment on your spiritual journey. Here, you will learn to quiet the fear of failure and replace the habit of pushing with the power of presence and trust.

Key themes we'll work with

True vs. false ground: How effort, rigidity, and performance pressure often cover up a lack of real and authentic support.

- Effort and anxiety: Understanding why we push so hard and how stopping the push lets real change happe
- Patterns and conditioning: Exploring how we overcompensate, collapse, or hold ourselves back, and how to reconnect with our natural ease and strength
- The father principle: How early experiences of support (or the lack of it) shape our confidence, direction, and trust in life
- Embodied practices: Gentle, experiential exercises to notice and soften old patterns, and to feel more grounded and alive in your body

What you'll explore and experience

- Direction without force: Discover how to let life move through you, rather than trying to control or push everything
- Inner support: Learn how to rely on your own guidance and the quiet steadiness inside you
- Relaxed confidence: Feel confidence that doesn’t need to prove itself
- Staying present: Build the capacity to be with difficulty, discomfort, or uncertainty without losing yourself

This is a compassionate space to feel, notice, and transform old patterns with awareness. By the end of the retreat, you will walk away with a deeper connection to your inner ground, a renewed sense of trust in life and yourself, and a relaxed, natural confidence to carry forward into your daily life.
