Nirdosh Andreassi
Nirdosh Andreassi is a physician, psychotherapist, and group facilitator. His work brings together modern psychology, body-oriented psychotherapy, and meditation to support personal transformation and self-discovery. Alongside his clinical practice, he has devoted many years to the study of inner transformation and embodied awareness.
He is known for his grounded presence, warmth, and gentle humor. At the heart of his work is the trust that when people feel safe to bring awareness to their inner experience and the wisdom of the body, they naturally move toward greater freedom, wholeness, and aliveness.

If possible, please bring a yoga mat & blanket. Wear comfortable clothes for movement.
