Ixchel Lane
Ixchel Lane is a certified life coach, trauma-informed practitioner, and breathwork facilitator devoted to supporting individuals through life transitions and personal transformation.
Her work is influenced by humanistic psychology, Gestalt-based training rooted in the work of Carl Rogers, and Compassionate Inquiry approaches to emotional awareness and healing. Over the years, Ixchel has deepened her training in working with symptoms, loss, and the ways life experiences shape our sense of self and relationships.
Ixchel brings a grounded, compassionate presence to her work, supporting people to explore vulnerability, reconnect with their needs, and rediscover their inner strength while meeting themselves with greater awareness and acceptance.
LEO Events Community Space
LEO Events Community Space is located inside a historic brick warehouse in the heart of downtown Chattanooga.
Centrally situated next to Sculpture Fields at Montague Park with views of the surrounding mountains, the space offers a calm, light-filled setting within the energy of the city. The upstairs common area features tall industrial windows, exposed brick, and comfortable, living-room-style furnishings designed to feel welcoming and relaxed.
The space includes a large on-site parking lot for easy access, as well as a full kitchen equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Numerous restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store are all within a 5–10 minute drive, making it convenient for weekend gatherings.
Our community space is a place to gather, reflect, and connect. With natural light, open space, and all the essentials for a comfortable retreat experience, it provides an accessible setting for meaningful inner work and shared conversation.

This retreat will be held in Chattanooga at Leo Events Community Space. The address is Leo Events Community Space, 1601 Gulf St #600, Chattanooga, TN 37408. This is a non-residential retreat. Recommendations for nearby accommodation options can be provided upon booking.
We will begin at 8.30am on September 26, concluding at 5.30pm on September 27.
Snacks and refreshments are provided, and the venue has a kitchen for self-catering lunch options. There are also cafes and restaurants nearby for participants who would prefer to purchase lunch.
