A 7-Day Retreat to Reconnect, Restore Inner Strength, and Relieve Anxiety

If you’re living with ongoing fear or anxiety, you’re not alone. Today’s world is filled with uncertainty, conflict, constant demands, and relentless stimulation, and our nervous systems are often pushed beyond their capacity. Many people walk through life in a state of quiet underlying fear or even panic, trying to manage a sense of dread or tension that never fully leaves.

At some point, just coping stops feeling like a solution, and that’s where deeper healing begins.

The Path of Love retreat is a life-changing, trauma-informed process designed to help you come back to safety, presence, and connection within yourself and with the world around you.

Over 12,000 people have completed Path of Love. Here’s what some of them had to say about the experience

Path of Love changed my life. The process took me out of my head and the world of thoughts and into my body which enabled me to process a lot of trauma and find a deeper peace.

Fergus

What You Can Expect

A Trauma-Informed Approach

Facilitators are trained to recognize and work with the physiology of fear, using methods that support nervous system regulation, titration, and safety.

Guided Emotional Release

Explore and express suppressed emotions like fear, grief, anger, or shame with skilled guidance and without judgment.

Practices That Ground and Stabilize

Daily movement, meditation, and sharing help regulate the body and bring you back to the present moment.

A Loving, Non-Judgmental Community

Fear and anxiety can feel isolating. Being met, seen, and understood by others on a similar path is often one of the most healing aspects of the retreat.

Tools for Life After the Retreat

You’ll leave with practical inner resources, and a 12-week Aftercare Program to help you meet life’s challenges with more steadiness, courage, and care.

Who is it for?

You don’t need to be “brave” or “together” to come. Many who arrive at Path of Love do so in a moment of inner crisis or major life change, and find that this is exactly the right time.

There’s no pressure to perform or be anyone other than who you are. The process is well-designed, with each step leading to the next, deeply respectful, and attuned to your capacity. This retreat is here to meet you where you are.

Real People. Real Change.

Is It Time?

Path of Love could be the right retreat for you if fear is getting in the way of love, creativity, or peace. And if you long to find solid ground again as a path to more passion, purpose, meaning and genuine joy and connection with yourself and life.

We want everyone who comes to Path of Love to benefit deeply, and so, as part of the application process we also offer a call with a retreat leader or facilitator to see if this is the right retreat for you wherever you currently find yourself in your life.

If the timing is not right for you, they can guide you to some other resources that could benefit you, such as our shorter Awakening of Love, or other meditative or therapeutic modalities.

You don’t have to keep carrying this alone.
There is a way through.

Frequently asked questions

Path of Love is for anyone longing for personal or spiritual development; for a meaningful change in their life. The application process helps determine if this is the right retreat and the right time for you. We offer a friendly and comprehensive interview with one of our leaders or facilitators where you will be met compassionately, answer important questions to support your process, and where you can ask all and any questions you may have.

You will find you will get from the process what you bring and so finding the right time and place for you to address all your desires will be of uttermost importance. If the time is not quite right, we may suggest other preparatory steps to support you in the future and next phases of your life.

This week-long personal and spiritual development process is a very safe and supportive environment for you to engage in deep inner work in absolute confidentiality. Though we intentionally keep the specifics of process structure confidential, as this is an essential part of its effectiveness, some of the elements include:

- Individual and group work within what we call a small group (around 8-12 people)
- Honest self reflection and inquiry
- Deep authentic sharing
- Shadow and exposure work
- Emotional release work
- Physical movement and dance
- Meditation, contemplation and self-inquiry
- Writing assignments
- A staff to participant ratio up to 1:1

Path of Love, however, is much more than the sum of its parts. It is an incredibly well crafted process that evolves and takes you on a journey like no other, challenging and enriching you along the way—many graduates share that they experienced years of transformation in one week.

The process unfolds with incredible precision, each day building on the last, taking you deeper. It’s a journey of intensity, profound connection, and ultimately lightness and freedom—but that lightness is earned through courageous self-exploration.

Generally speaking, this is a spiritually oriented (not religiously affiliated) group, and we also incorporate a number of psychological modalities, mindfulness practices, meditation, and healing methods, which are integrated into the retreats. We welcome people from all religious faiths and spiritual paths, and there is no agenda to influence or change anyone’s religious faith.
