A Powerful & Precise Way to Continue Your Inner Evolution
A 5-module Online Course specially designed for Path of Love graduates by Rafia Morgan and Turiya Hanover, the founders of Path Retreats.
Dimensions of Essence helps to bring deeper understanding and clarity to the essential states of being that were touched, felt, and recognised during Path of Love. These states can be difficult to integrate into daily life. Yet somewhere inside, we remember them, and we long to live them in a deep and embodied way.
We will work with a map rooted in Sufi Mysticism, known as the Lataif, to offer a profound framework for recognizing qualities that belong to our true nature, as well as the personality patterns that imitate or distort those qualities. This map supports both understanding and direct experience, so what was once a glimpse can become a living part of your everyday presence.
Course Package
This 5-module Online Course explores the essential qualities of Will, Strength, Power, Compassion, and Joy—the primary Dimensions of Essence in the Lataif system.
Each module focuses on a core aspect of this deep inner work and includes:
- Two 20-minute teaching videos to watch in your own time
- Two 90-minute Live Zoom Calls with Rafia Morgan or Turiya Hanover, the founders of Path Retreats
- Downloadable meditations
- Reflective homework and resources to deepen in your inquiry and understanding
The two Live Zoom Calls per module include:
- Teaching of the core essence of each Latifa
- Guided inquiries
- Space for questions and answers
- Practical tools for integrating these qualities into your daily life
The Live Zoom Calls for each module take place at 18:00 CEST on the following dates, with recordings made available afterwards.
Five modules exploring Dimensions of Essence
Finding Inner Ground in Times of Uncertainty
Life can be a journey of embodied relaxed confidence when we understand and change our relationship to anxiety. When we are anxiety-driven we often become very pushy, controlling, inflexible and hard — with a firm belief that we must effort mightily to “make it.”
In this module you will learn essential keys for shifting anxiety into doorways of grounded presence, trust and surrender.
Merging Love and Individuality
We will focus on our capacity to merge and surrender into oneness and our deep seated and very natural need to belong to a family, a group, or even to humanity. At the same time we all have a need to individuate, to stand on our own feet and to fulfil our unique potential. These two movements inside often bring conflicts between merging love or individuation.
We will explore that these two states of being both have a place in our psyche and need courage, strength and understanding to be felt and expressed.
A Gateway to Power and Peace
The Black is a beautiful, deep, and vast state of peace and essential power. To be known, it asks that we are truthful about the shadowy sides of our personalities, which are often wrapped in layers of guilt, shame, and rejection—and which keep us separate from the reality of our true nature.
You have all met this challenge on the Path of Love and have very likely tasted the power and peace that rest behind your mask. In this module, you will gain insight into your own personal ways of experiencing and integrating the precious Black.
Sensitive Attunement and Healing
Learning to attune to ourselves, our bodies and hearts brings great healing. Mostly we have learned to attune to the other, our families, friends and partners, and we are conditioned to take care of everybody else before we start to listen to ourselves.
Learning to attune to our innermost being, listen to our bodies and hearts, and discovering how to love and take care of ourselves is an immense shift in our psyche and creates true compassion. This happens through softening our hearts and exploring our innermost vulnerability and thus, a precious tenderness arises.
The Joy of Self-Discovery
When we are real, truthful and full of curiosity our heart’s true nature spontaneously spills over as the joy of simply Being.
This innocent aspect, though part of our Essence, is very often unable to surface due to worry, fear and old loyalties to suffering. Sadly, we learned in so many ways how to hold back and restrain the natural playfulness of our hearts.
In this module we will discover keys to awareness and remembering of our Essence to support an ongoing recognition and deepening of the Joy of Self Discovery.
Frequently asked questions
Is it possible to attend just one or two of the modules?
Dimensions of Essence is a 5-module Online Course, and it is not possible to register for just some of the modules. Attendance at all Live Call dates is recommended for the full experience of this deeply supportive advanced program for Path of Love Graduates.
What if I miss a module or one of the calls?
Attendance at all Live Call dates is recommended for the full experience of this deeply supportive advanced program for Path of Love Graduates. However, we realise this may not always be possible.
You will have full access to the course curriculum for each module two weeks before the live zoom calls. This includes two 20-minute teaching videos, downloadable guided meditations and written materials for each module, regardless of whether you can attend the Live Zoom Calls or not. The teaching part of the Live Zoom Calls will be recorded, and uploaded some days after each module for you to watch in your own time.
Please note that these are the only available dates for this cohort to participate in each module. If you are unable to attend one of the dates, it will not be possible to attend the module in a future cohort without joining for the full program.
When will I get access to the teaching videos and meditations for each module?
Two weeks before the Live Zoom calls for each module, you will be sent an email to let you know that you have access to the following on Teachable, our online platform where the course is hosted.

What is the latest I can register for this course?
The first live Zoom calls are on 30 and 31 May, 2026, for the White Essence. We highly recommend registering by 18 May to give you time to watch the two teaching videos before the Zoom calls, but it is not mandatory. We will accept registrations until the day before the course starts, the 29 May, 2026.

Rafia Morgan
Since the early 1970s, Rafia Morgan has been traveling the world, following a deep inner calling that has led him to immerse himself in a wide range of spiritual, personal development, and therapeutic approaches. His path has been one of profound exploration, weaving together decades of training and inner discovery into a dynamic and authentic way of transmitting the essence of what he has realized, understood, and lived.
Widely respected for his work in meditation, personal transformation, in-depth therapeutic processes, and conscious sexuality, Rafia brings a depth of presence and a joyful passion to everything he shares.
Together with Turiya Hanover, he co-founded The Path of Love Process and Working with People Trainings — transformational journeys known for their capacity to support sincere seekers in realizing and embodying their deepest human and spiritual potential.
Turiya Hanover
Turiya Hanover has extensive experience in leading personal development groups and trainings globally since 1973. Turiya has been trained in: Gestalt, Bioenergetics, Psychodrama, Family Therapy (V. Satir), NLP, Hypnosis, Somatic Experiencing™ (Peter Levine), Ego Psychology, Family Constellation, Enneagram and Astrology.
Turiya’s personal journey into human development started when she did her first encounter workshop in 1970, Germany.
In 1971, Turiya and her husband were part of developing the first German Humanistic Psychology Growth Centre, known as Zist.
The revelation and exploration of this Humanistic Psychology took Turiya by surprise. The internal shift that she experienced was so profound that her, and her husband, set on a new course of human exploration, which lead them to India. There, she discovered a revolutionary form of teaching from a mystic Indian man. Through a synthesis of Meditation and western psychology, she developed a unique approach that brings East and West together.
The sudden, unexpected death of her husband marked a turning point for Turiya. This experience deeply influenced her own personal search and how she works with people today.
Turiya’s work brings essential tools into our daily lives. Through years of experience in working with different cultures and thousands of people worldwide, recognising that same common thread, her work has now evolved around transforming old behavioural patterns and discovering new grounds and dimensions to live and to be.
Through her work arises a deep sense of reconciliation with your being and thus remember your passionate, curious and joyful inner nature.

Attendance
This is a five-module course that includes recordings and written material on Teachable and Live Calls on Zoom.
The pre-recorded teaching videos and meditation audios will be available on Teachable two weeks before each module's Live Zoom Calls. Attendance at all live call dates below is recommended for the full experience of this deeply supportive advanced program for Path of Love Graduates. The 90-minute calls start at 18:00 CEST | 12:00 EDT | 9:00 PDT, and recordings of the teaching part of the calls will be made available afterwards.
